‘Facing Kate’ Premeires on USA January 2011

USA has unveiled its Fall-Winter schedule and I am SO EXCITED for the premiere of Facing Kate starring Saraj Shahi (Life, The L Word). I am secretly obsessed with her and SO pumped she got her own show. She kicked ass on Life. I was SO sad to see that show go. It was just SO delicious. Why do I keep capitalizing SO? LOL!
Facing Kate centers on Kate Reed (Shahi), a top litigator frustrated with the endless bureaucracy and daily injustices she witnesses, who turns on the system to become the ultimate anti-lawyer: a mediator. Using her knowledge of the law, along with her savvy, intuition and a whatever-it-takes approach to resolving conflict, Kate finds the middle ground for a wide variety of adversaries — from Fortune 500 corporations to bitter divorces. After the death of her father, she finds herself at odds with the new boss, her stepmother Lauren Reed (Virginia Williams)… and in bed with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Justin Patrick (Michael Trucco), a top gun in the DA’s office. Helping her keep all of this chaos at bay is her trusted, geek-chic assistant Leonardo (Baron Vaughn).
I can’t wait to be Facing Kate in January 2011!

Ohhhhhhhhh snap! This is really exciting news for me because I think I am secretly in love with Freddie Prinze, Jr.
24 alum Freddie Prinze, Jr (aka my lover) is guest starring on an episode of Psych as Dennis, a wealthy nerd with an interest in aliens and a former friend of Gus and Shawn’s.
I’m SO excited he’s returning to TV. Now let’s just get him a show of his own. Psych returns to USA July 14 at 10pm.
