Not only are you airing some of my FAVORITE shows from The Vampire Diaries to Nikita to One Tree Hill to more recent favorites Ringer, Hart of Dixie and The Secret Circle but NOW you have just out done yourself by picking up the Candace Bushnell novel The Carrie Diaries!!

According to Deadline, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage pitched the idea on Friday and it was bought right on the spot! HOLLERR!!! I am soooooo excited for this. The Carrie Diaries is a young-adult novel that chronicles Carrie’s senior year of high school in a small New England town. OMG!! This is a great fit for the CW! Now I need to go out and by the book. Yes, I am going to read more young adut novels. LOL!!!

I am soooo excited for the CW right now. They are really finding their niche! I wonder who they will cast for the show!?!? Selena Gomez anyas Charlotte! Emma Roberts as Carrie! Who else!?!?
